Haggerty Services of Boca is a house watching service you can feel comfortable with. Company owner Mike Haggerty is personally responsible for the inspection of all homes under our care. Your home will be inspected weekly and you will be notified immediately of any damage or potential problems discovered.

Your home is a large investment; protect your investment with weekly home inspections. We will check the alarm system, the thermostat and temperature settings, power failure problems, pool water level, ceiling water damage plus any particular needs ranging from bringing in the mail to watering the plants!

We will meet with your service contractors to provide access for work or deliveries, then properly secure the premises upon completion. We can also provide interior and exterior pest control maintenance programs.

Haggerty Services of Boca, Inc. is licensed and insured. The house watching fee is accessed only for the time you are out of town. We accept all major credit cards for easy payment and provide a toll-free telephone number to reach us 24-hours a day.
